Returning Test Kits and Supplements:

1. Return your unused test kit or unopened supplements to GI-Cognition at the following address for a refund:

2. Kindly note that refunds cannot be processed after 14 days from the date of your test kit or supplement purchase.

3. Contact us with your proof of postage to expedite the refund process efficiently.

Packing and Posting Your Returns:

1. Securely wrap your test kit or supplements.

2. Include a note with your name, address, and order number for easy identification.

3. We recommend using the signed-for service from the Post Office to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

Refund Process:

You can expect your refund to be processed within 10-15 working days.

Returning Supplements After 14 Days:

Please note that refunds for supplements cannot be processed after 14 days from the date of your supplement purchase. Contact customer services to confirm the return process for your supplements.
